Processing Times
All orders are made to order! So there is a processing time to get the nail sets made.
Processing time is 1-2 weeks plus an extra 2-5 days depending on shipping times.
Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Shipping
Currently, Starry Sky Nails, is only shipping to the US only.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
Starry Sky Nails is not responsible for any package after it has been handed over to the courier.

Refund Policy
Returns/refunds are not accepted because most nail sets are made-to-order.
Please make sure your address, quantity, shapes, and sizing are correct before placing an order.
No refund/returns accepted on sizing kits because they will be a priority to ship as soon as possible.
